Ordering  & Shipping Information 

1. Order online with our easy shopping cart through our secure authorized retailer in Delaware. Pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Just Click Here.

2. Pay with PayPal.  Visit our Catalog and jot down your order. If not already registered, register with PayPal (they give you $5.00 to start your account off). Next, "Beam" the appropriate amount of  money to us from the PayPal site to nsuski@prismcrystals.com, making sure to list your order and shipping address in the message field provided. 3. Submit your order from our contact page. Pay by Cashier Check or Money Order the old fashioned way...by mail.

4. Phone in your order then send us a Cashiers check or Money Order. Our phone number is (509)588-6185.
We are sorry, but at this time we are not able to take credit cards by phone. Please choose the secure online shopping cart if paying with credit card, or use PayPal and transfer money into your account using a credit card. There are no extra fees or charges for these services.

You do not have to charge anything to the card to get your $5.00 added to your PayPal account, but you must register a card and address for identity confirmation.

Shipping

We ship all in stock merchandise on the next shipping day after order receipt, or that day if the order is received early enough. We ship first class mail on most small orders and typically arrive in 3-7 days. On larger orders we may ship priority mail or UPS.

We pay all basic shipping charges on USA orders. Any additional services requested like priority, overnight, 2nd day, or international order delivery require additional shipping charges applied to your order. If you would like more information, please contact us through our submission form on our contact page and we will get back to you with the additional cost.

If your e-mail address was provided to us with your order, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation notice.
